THE FULL PLATFORM

One portal to order, activate, monitor, and bill Starlink services across an entire distribution hierarchy: the network operator, partners and resellers, customers, and end users.

Live Fleet Visibility on One Map

See operational status, telemetry, alerts, and location for every device, refreshed continuously. Geographic clustering keeps the view legible with tens of thousands of devices, and clicking a marker drills into device detail. Overlays add weather radar, wildfires, terrain, and the live position of the Starlink constellation.

Included for every tenant. Maritime overlays are on the roadmap.

RouterFleet: Multi-Vendor Router Management

Manage Starlink, MikroTik, Peplink, Teltonika, and TP-Link routers through one interface, with new vendors added through the same adapter model. Routers connect outbound over an encrypted tunnel, so sites behind CGNAT need no public IP and no inbound firewall rules. Push configuration templates to one device or the whole fleet, run live speed tests, and reboot remotely, with every command audited. See MikroTik, Peplink, Teltonika and TP-Link management in detail.

Optional module, available on request.

FleetMesh: Private Site-to-Site Networking

Join your sites into a private, encrypted overlay network that runs on top of their existing Starlink links. Sites connect directly where the network allows and fall back automatically to a relay or hub. Each customer's mesh is isolated with its own keys and address space, and an optional hub gives the whole fleet a single fixed public egress IP for systems that need a stable source address.

Optional module, available on request.

SD-WAN for Providers

SD-WAN support the way each deployment needs it: run Layer 2 through Starlink, take our own SD-WAN overlay, or bring your own SD-WAN. The platform manages the routers underneath either way, across the same mixed Starlink, MikroTik, Peplink, Teltonika, and TP-Link estate. See how SD-WAN and bonding work in detail.

Hierarchical Data Pools

Allocate Starlink contract capacity down the distribution hierarchy: base pools at the contract level, recurring partner and customer pools below them, and shared plans for customer-scoped pooling. Customer pools throttle automatically at exhaustion, and mid-cycle changes are pro-rated so commercial adjustments do not wait for the next cycle.

Included for every tenant.

Reseller Billing

Pricing, subscriptions, invoices, payments, credit notes, and dunning in one place. Invoice PDFs inherit the partner or customer brand automatically, wholesale costs sit beside retail pricing for margin analysis, and FlexiCap budgets cap self-service top-up spending per partner or customer. Operators who rate in their own billing system can pull per-service-line usage instead.

Optional module, available on request.

Prepaid Vouchers and Licensing

A prepaid model for dealer-led and OEM channels, where the party activating a terminal is not the party who pays for it. Generate voucher batches in bulk, let dealers scan to activate with no billing falling on them, and manage licences through active, grace, and expired states. Prepaid data funds a pooled customer data bank, and every movement is recorded in a full transaction ledger.

Optional module, available on request.

Analytics and PlanFit Margin Optimisation

One analytics workspace for pool, plan, top-up, and revenue intelligence, with consistent filtering, drill-down, and CSV export across every tile. PlanFit compares the wholesale Starlink cost with what each device is billed and returns ranked, plain-language recommendations: downgrade, reassign, upsell, or reprice.

Analytics workspace included for every tenant. PlanFit and the Enterprise Analytics warehouse are optional modules, available on request.

Mobile Field Operations

Native iOS and Android apps for installers, field-ops technicians, and warehouse staff. Barcode and QR scanning, photo capture, on-site dish diagnostics, and an offline queue for sites with intermittent connectivity. One binary serves every partner, branded and scoped per tenant at login.

Included with the field roles. The warehouse experience is an optional module, available on request.

White-Label Branding and Self-Service Permissions

Partners upload their own logo and brand colour, and the portal, invoice PDFs, and notification emails re-skin at runtime. A master toggle, feature categories, and more than forty individual permissions control exactly what each tier can do. Partner settings always constrain customer settings, so turning off a category turns off everything inside it.

Included for every tenant.
